How do I find information on change for my first MBA class?

What kind of change are you interested in? Maybe change management and employee training? Follow these steps to find some relevant articles:

First go to the library’s website by clicking the library icon in VCamp

Choose the grey button that says Articles

In the EBSCO search box enter: change management

Check the boxes next to Academic Search Premier, Business Source Premier, and PsycArticles then click Search

Once you’ve logged in, you'll see a list of results.

In the first search box you'll see (change management) in the box next to it click Select A Field (Optional) and choose SU Subject Terms.

In the second empty search box enter: employee training in the box next to it click Select A Field (Optional) and choose SU Subject Terms.

Then click Search and you will see some great articles!

If you see a title that looks good, click on the title to learn more. After you click on the title, look to the far left and you will see PDF Full Text. Follow that link to read the whole article.

If you are going to use the article in your paper, you can get the APA citation from EBSCO. If you’re looking at the full article, there will be a list of Tools on the right. The fourth one down is a little yellow button, click it and the APA citation will appear. You can cut and paste this citation right to your bibliography.
